Our name is an homage to our roots and our family’s original lending company, based in Texas. DSCR Loans
Up to five years of financing to investors of rent-stabilized properties. The loan amortizes over a 30-year period with a balloon payment after 5 years. Due to the extremely low pre-payment penalty, this is popular for investors looking for flexibility.
